Unstitched articles will not be accepted if they have been stitched, altered, or modified in any way.

Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Timeframe:
You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items:

Articles purchased during a sale or promotion.

Customized or altered items.

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team at support@ayraclegance.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, send your item to:

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus return shipping charges) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
